Otakyun! 2014

Otakyun! 2014 was held the very first time at Boulevard Shopping Mall, Kuching, which evolved from Anime Gathering (AG), organized by fans for fans.

Special Guests

Otakyun! 2014 invited Onnies from Thailand, and Kappy from Kuala Lumpur as the special guests of the convention. The special guests were invited to conduct workshops, judge for cosplay solo and group competition, Special Guests FAQ session, and autograph.

Akihabara Avenue

Similar to the small city in Japan, Akihabara, Akihabara Avenue was filled with Japanese, ACG and IT technology related booths. Bringing in the full experience of Japanese sub-culture to the Malaysian public. Besides commercial booths, we had other mini booths comprised of our local artist and creative people showcasing and selling their creative artworks as well as handcraft items and props.
