Steps to Online Purchase 2-Days Pass & Glitter Pack

1. Click on “PURCHASE NOW” button at the bottom of this page, and it will redirect you to the Ticket order form.
2. All tickets sold are non-refundable.
3. Fill in the Ticket order form and make your payment through the payment gateway.
4. Payment method available include credit/debit card, online banking, and e-wallet payment.
5. You will receive a Ticket Order confirmation email from GEKI Team after payment success. If you did not receive the Ticket Order confirmation email within 24 hours, please immediately email contact@otakyun.my.
6. To redeem your online ticket on the event day, please present the QR Code on your Event Ticket PDF along with your identification card (IC) at the ticket redemption counter. 
7. Attendees are allowed to redeem individual entry tickets only.
8. Please keep your Event Ticket QR Code secure and do not share it publicly (such as on social media). The QR code acts as your actual ticket, and anyone who presents it at the event can use it to claim the event wristband/ticket. The GEKI Team will not be held responsible for any unauthorized redemptions if someone else uses your code.

Important Notes

• Online purchase for Glitter Pack will be sold from now till 31 August 2026 11:59pm GMT +8, or while stocks last.
• Online purchase for 2-Day Pass will be sold from now till 28 October 2026 11:59pm GMT +8, or while stocks last. 
• Online purchase for 1-Day Pass will be sold from now till 1st November 2026 5:00pm GMT +8, or while stocks last.
• Order received AFTER the dates above will not be entertained.
• Special price of RM20 / day for Kids (5 – 12 years old), Senior Citizens (above 60 years old) and OKU (available for on-the-spot purchase ONLY). Please show IC card or OKU card for verification.
• Entry is FREE for Kids below 5 years old.
• One (1) Day pass will be available for purchase online and on the event day.
• All communications will be done via email, so please provide a valid email.
• Please ensure to save or print screen your Receipts or Proof of Payment clearly in the case of being missed out.
• No refunds/requests shall be entertained if you are unable to provide us with the details of your ticket booking order.
• For online bank transactions, please refer to your bank for details and support in any case of transaction problems or errors.
• Every submitted ticket order with successful payment will receive a Ticket Order confirmation via email.
• IF you did not receive the Ticket Order confirmation email within 24 hours, please immediately email to contact@otakyun.my.
• Ticket collection will be on the event day itself, or on any announced dates, to be affirmed via our Facebook page.
• Please show your Event Ticket QR Code and identification card (IC) at the ticketing redemption counter to redeem your entry ticket.
• We are not liable for any loss of tickets after redeemed.
• Maximum 10 sets of Online Purchase 1-Day Pass, 2-Days Pass and/or Glitter Pack allowed per transaction.
