Welcome to our Committee application form. At Otakyun! / Geki Events, our dedicated team of committees are passionate in creating exceptional ACG events by fans, for fans. We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who share our love for ACG and to contribute in making Otakyun!, OtaZo & Otasobi some of the best events in Malaysia!

Requirements
- Passionate with ACG & Japanese culture.
- Only applicants 18 years old and above will be accepted at the time of application.
- Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen.
- Have own transport available.
- Required to be fully committed & responsible before/during event days, capable of adhering to instructions from leaders within the context of the event.
- Positive attitude, independent, self-motivated, able to work as a team.
- University students are most welcomed.
- Committees/Volunteers are not allowed to Cosplay during the event

Available Posts
1. Designer– Responsible to prepare designs/artworks for events publication purposes.
– Must be able to communicate consistently via Whatsapp/Discord other than phone calls.
– Must complete accepted designs before the deadline.
2. Photographer
– Responsible in events photo coverage.
– Preferable to be available during event days.
– Works must be standard quality and acceptable (photos not blurred) .
– Responsible in events photo coverage.
– Preferable to be available during event days.
– Works must be standard quality and acceptable (photos not blurred) .
3. Videographer
– Responsible in event videos coverage, video teasers and promo videos.
– Preferable to be available during event days.
– Works must be standard quality and acceptable .
– Responsible in event videos coverage, video teasers and promo videos.
– Preferable to be available during event days.
– Works must be standard quality and acceptable .
*Work scope above is non-exhaustive and subjected to changes and other ad-hoc tasks.
