Steps to Purchase Pre-Order 2-Days Entrance Ticket & Glitter Pack

  1. Click on “PURCHASE NOW” button at the bottom of this page, and it will redirect you to the Ticket order form.
  2. All tickets sold are non-refundable.
  3. Make your payment first before submit the ticket order form. We only accept cash deposit/bank in at Maybank branch and online transfer.
    • For cash deposit/bank in, visit nearest Maybank branch and cash deposit the total amount at Cash Deposit Machine (CDM), to our Maybank account.
    • For online transfer, login into your internet banking and transfer total amount to our Maybank account.
  4. All payment for both cash deposit/bank in and online transfer are payable to Maybank account number 561239636095, with account name GEKI EVENTS MANAGEMENT PLT.
  5. Take a screenshot or photo of your cash deposit/bank in or online transfer receipt. All details must be clear.
  6. Fill in the Ticket order form and submit together with your payment receipt (the screenshot or photo).
  7. You will receive a confirmation email from GEKI Team within 7 working days. If you did not receive the booking confirmation email within 7 working days, please immediately email contact@otakyun.my.
  8. To redeem your pre-order ticket on the event day, only Main Contact Person is allowed to redeem entry tickets by showing the booking number and his/her identification card (IC) at the ticketing redemption counter. Attendees are not allowed to do ticket redemption.

Important Notes

  • Ticket will be sold from now till 10 September 2023 11:59pm GST +8, or while stocks last. Applications received AFTER this date will not be entertained.
  • All communications will be done via email, so please provide a valid email.
  • Receipts or Proof of Payment MUST be scanned/print screened/photographed etc (as long as it’s CLEAR) and attached in the form below.
    1. To print screen your online transfer, go to the receipt page (if available) and press “Print Screen” on your keyboard.
    2. Paste it at MS Paint/MS Powerpoint (save as “.JPEG/,JPG”) or other any software of your preference (no MS Words please), and attached it together with the form below.
  • No refunds/requests shall be entertained if you are unable to provide us with the details of your cash deposit and online transfers.
  • For online bank transactions, please refer to your bank for details and support in any case of transaction problems or errors.
  • Every submitted ticket booking will be confirmed and verified by GEKI Team in 7 working days.
  • IF you did not receive the booking confirmation within 7 working days, please immediately email to contact@otakyun.my.
  • Ticket collection will be on the event day itself, or on any announced dates, to be affirmed via our Facebook page.
  • Ticket can only be collected by main contact person.
  • Please show your booking number and identification card (IC) at the ticketing redemption counter to redeem your entry ticket.
  • We are not liable for any loss of tickets after redeemed.
  • Maximum 5 sets of Pre-Order 2-Days Entrance Ticket and/or Glitter Pack allowed per transaction.
