Steps to Purchase Pre-Order 2-Days Entrance Ticket & Glitter Pack

  1. Click on “PURCHASE NOW” button at the bottom of this page, and it will redirect you to the Ticket order form.
  2. All tickets sold are non-refundable.
  3. Fill in the Ticket order form and make your payment through the payment gateway.
  4. Payment method available include credit/debit card, online banking, and e-wallet payment.
  5. You will receive a Ticket Order confirmation email from GEKI Team after payment success. If you did not receive the Ticket Order confirmation email within 24 hours, please immediately email contact@otakyun.my.
  6. Please show the booking number/QR Code on the Ticket Order confirmation and identification card (IC) at the ticketing redemption counter to redeem your pre-order ticket on the event day. 
  7. Only Main Contact Person is allowed to redeem entry tickets. Attendees are not allowed to do ticket redemption.

Important Notes

  • Ticket will be sold from now till 27 October 2025 11:59pm GST +8, or while stocks last. Order received AFTER this date will not be entertained.
  • Special price of RM20 / day for Kids (5 – 12 years old), Senior Citizens (above 60 years old) and OKU (available for on-the-spot purchase ONLY). Please show IC card or OKU card for verification.
  • Entry is FREE for Kids below 5 years old.
  • One (1) Day pass will only be available for purchase on the event day.
  • All communications will be done via email, so please provide a valid email.
  • Please ensure to save or print screen your Receipts or Proof of Payment clearly in the case of being missed out.
  • No refunds/requests shall be entertained if you are unable to provide us with the details of your ticket booking order.
  • For online bank transactions, please refer to your bank for details and support in any case of transaction problems or errors.
  • Every submitted ticket order with successful payment will receive a Ticket Order confirmation via email.
  • IF you did not receive the Ticket Order confirmation email within 24 hours, please immediately email to contact@otakyun.my.
  • Ticket collection will be on the event day itself, or on any announced dates, to be affirmed via our Facebook page.
  • Ticket can only be collected by main contact person.
  • Please show your booking number/QR Code and identification card (IC) at the ticketing redemption counter to redeem your entry ticket.
  • We are not liable for any loss of tickets after redeemed.
  • Maximum 10 sets of Pre-Order 2-Days Entrance Ticket and/or Glitter Pack allowed per transaction.
